Returns and exchanges

Fourteen days to return

Goods of proper quality may be returned or exchanged within fourteen days, not counting the day of purchase. This is the buyer's right under article 9 of the Ukrainian Consumer Protection Act, and no reason need be given.

Conditions

• the item has not been used and has kept its appearance, seals and labels;
• the complete set, the factory packaging and the documents have been kept;
• there is a receipt or an order number by which we can find the purchase.

Goods on the list approved by Resolution No. 172 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine cannot be returned — among them household appliances that have already been connected and used.

How to file a return

Write to sales@kuhteh.com.ua with the order number, the name of the item, whether you want a refund or an exchange, and the details for the transfer. A manager replies during working hours and sends the request form. You send the item to the office by Nova Poshta; return shipping for goods of proper quality is paid by the buyer.

Refunds

The money is returned within seven days of our receiving the item and confirming that the conditions are met, by the same means you paid.

Faulty goods

If the item is faulty the warranty applies: we arrange the inspection, and on its result you choose a repair, a replacement, a price reduction or a refund. Shipping both ways is on the shop in that case.
