General

This document is a public offer — a proposal to conclude a contract of sale on the terms set out below. By placing an order on Ezeden.com the buyer accepts the offer in full and without reservation.

Subject matter

The seller undertakes to transfer to the buyer's ownership goods from the site's catalogue, and the buyer undertakes to accept them and pay their price. The description, specification and price of each item are given on its page.

Price and payment

Prices are in hryvnia, include VAT and do not include the cost of delivery. A price is fixed when the manager confirms the order. The ways to pay are set out on the Payment page.

Delivery and transfer of goods

Goods are handed to the carrier or directly to the buyer at the seller's office. Ownership and the risk of accidental damage pass to the buyer at the moment of that hand-over. Delivery terms are set out on the Delivery page.

Rights and obligations

The seller undertakes to supply goods of proper quality, complete and with their documents. The buyer undertakes to give accurate details for delivery and payment and to inspect the goods on receipt. Returns and exchanges follow the procedure on the Returns and exchanges page.

Liability and force majeure

The parties are released from liability for non-performance caused by circumstances beyond their control, including hostilities, failures of the power grid and decisions of public authorities.

Term and details of the seller

The offer is in force from publication until it is withdrawn. The seller's details — company name, registration code, address and bank details — are given in the documents accompanying the order.
