Payment

Sample text. The payment terms below are placeholder copy. Replace them with the shop's own terms before launch.

Ways to pay

• Card online — Visa or Mastercard on the payment provider's secure page once the order is confirmed.
• Cash on delivery with Nova Poshta — you pay on receipt; the carrier charges its own fee for the money transfer.
• Bank transfer — for companies and sole traders, against an invoice, with VAT and a full set of documents.
• Cash or card at the office — when you collect the order at 40 Ushynskoho Street.

Paying as a company

For companies and sole traders we issue an invoice to the details given with the order. The goods are reserved for three banking days; once the money arrives the manager releases the order for shipment. The delivery note and the tax invoice follow by post or through an electronic document exchange.

Prepayment and items ordered in

Anything not held in stock and brought in from Italy to order requires a prepayment. The manager agrees the amount with you before the order is placed with the manufacturer; the balance is due before the shipment leaves.

Prices

Prices on the site are in hryvnia and include VAT. A price is fixed when the manager confirms the order. If an item has gone up or is out of stock we tell you before payment and offer an equivalent, a lead time or a refund.

Refunds

Money is returned the way it was paid: to a card within ten banking days of the refund being agreed, to a company account within five banking days.

Security

We never see or store your card details: the payment happens on the provider's side and the shop only receives the outcome.
