Who processes your data

The personal data you leave on Ezeden.com is processed by the owner of the site as the controller of the personal data file, under the Ukrainian Personal Data Protection Act.

What we collect

• name, phone number, email and delivery address — to place and ship the order;
• company details — to issue an invoice and prepare the documents;
• order history, and the reviews and questions you leave;
• technical data: IP address, browser type and the pages you viewed.

We never see or store card details: payment happens on the payment provider's side.

Why we need it

To process the order, deliver it, honour the warranty, answer your enquiries and — if you have agreed to it — send news of promotions and new arrivals. Every such email carries an unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with

Only with those without whom the order cannot be fulfilled: the carrier, to deliver it; the payment provider, to take the payment; the service centre, to carry out a warranty repair. We do not sell data and do not pass it on for third-party advertising.

Cookies

The site uses cookies to remember your basket, language and currency, and analytics services to understand how it is used. Cookies can be switched off in your browser, after which parts of the site will work less well.

Your rights

You may ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected, withdraw your consent or ask for your account to be deleted. Write to sales@kuhteh.com.ua and we will reply within thirty days.
