Ways to receive an order

We ship anywhere in Ukraine and deliver by our own courier in Kyiv.

• Nova Poshta branch or parcel locker — at the carrier's rates, usually one to three working days.
• Nova Poshta address delivery — the carrier's courier brings the order to the address you give.
• Courier in Kyiv — same day or the next working day; the manager quotes the fee when confirming the order.
• Pickup from our office — free of charge, 40 Ushynskoho Street, 10:00 to 17:00 on weekdays.

Lead times

Anything in stock is handed to the carrier the same or the next working day, provided the order is confirmed before 15:00. Items ordered in are brought from Italy; the manager quotes the expected lead time before you pay and tells you as soon as the shipment leaves the supplier's warehouse.

Large items

Ovens, dishwashers, hoods and sinks travel in their factory packaging. The carrier delivers them to the branch or to the entrance of the building; carrying them upstairs and into the flat is not part of the delivery fee and is paid separately at the carrier's rates.

Check the goods on receipt

Unpack and inspect the item while the carrier's representative is present. If the packaging is damaged or something is missing, have a report drawn up on the spot — without it the carrier will not consider a claim. Write to sales@kuhteh.com.ua straight away and we will see the case through to a replacement or a refund.

Cost

Delivery is paid by the buyer at the carrier's rates unless a promotion says otherwise. Pickup from the office is always free.
